Calling all mapmakers! We're back again, from now until Monday, July 1st, Baileywiki 3D module is available to all Patreon tiers, including the $3 Channel Supporter tier! This is up to 79% off the normal price. This also includes Ripper's 3D Canvas module for free!
Do you have to enter the contest to get the discount? No! This is just a great excuse to get all our great 3D stuff for super cheap.
And what's more, you can win an entire year of premium Patreon access to BOTH Baileywiki and Ripper if you submit at least one 3D scene up until the deadline... even scenes submitted since the start of the year can count!
Intrigued? Here's more...
Dates: Wednesday 15th May 2024 - Monday 1st July 2024
Platform: Foundry, using theripper93's 3D Canvas module
Prizes: Three winners will receive a years' subscription to both Baileywiki and Theripper93, with winners to be decided in the first half of July.
The three categories are:
Prize #1: Best Single Scene
Prize #2: Best Body of Work
Prize #3: Best Use of the Clipping Shader
How to enter:
Create a map (or multiple maps) in 3D Canvas, and then share it to the Community Map Browser by right clicking on the scene and selecting 'Share'. vTitle and describe it as you like, and use your Discord or Patreon username in the Author field.
Judging Criteria
Maps submitted to the Mapmaking Competition will be judged based on the following criterion:
Overall Creativity - Are the available assets leveraged in creative/unique ways?
Overall Playability/Tactical Interest - Are the maps easy to play on, and do they make good use of the available three dimensions?
Creative Use of Effects and Shaders - Is the library of shaders and VFX available in 3D Canvas being put to good use in a way that enhances the scene?
Innovative Use of Active Tile Triggers - Is the tile trigger system/automation used in an interesting and creative way to improve the map?
Overall Scene Performance - Is the scene performant? Have the tools available in 3D Canvas been used to ensure that you don't need a beast of a PC to run the scene?
Time for some empire-building! The May 2024 release is here, and we've got some extra special news for you: as of today, most of the Baileywiki tiles have been added to the Mass Edit browser. Yep, thousands of searchable tiles along with thousands of prefabs.
This is all to show off the new Brush interface in Mass Edit. Aedif has been working hard this month (frankly, who can keep up?), and it's paid off with the ability to brush in assets (just like Dungeondraft's 'scatter' tool), but with added bells and whistles, like adding TMFX filters, recoloring, and more.
The 2D release is all about cities and settlements. With new Lawns and Gardens, you can maximize all that space around and under buildings to make your streets look rich and varied, and with the new Spawner tiles, you can create streets of all configurations and angles with a single drop-in tile. You also have a slew of new Towers and Tower Prefabs that make any city look complete, and all kinds of signs, trees, streetlamps, signal fires, bonfires, and more.
FOUNDRY ADVANCED TIERS
Feast your eyes on the village from Efant with three variants that will work in any campaign, and the new dwarven forge series from Sevro that you have to see to believe. And Violet continues to build out the ultimate School of Magic.. your players may actually learn something if they can survive it. As for new props, Swift caught a bout of the 'Vid, so new props will be coming probably next week.
DUNGEONDRAFT
For our Dungeondraft users, you're getting all the good stuff that went into this months release, including a massive expansion of vegetation and other assets that went into the Yards and Gardens.
“Baileywiki Modular Scenes” compendium renamed to “Baileywiki 2D Scenes”
Folders re-organized and colorized to make navigation easier
Now includes scenes from Maps Premium
All other 2D “Foundry Basics” modules are now listed as “recommended” modules for Towns. If you encounter the white “warning sign” icons throughout your maps, they are missing tiles. Double check that you have all other 2D Foundry Basics modules installed before submitting a bug report or troubleshooting ticket.

We feature a trainload of new prefabs and presets that leverage the Mass Edit browser, and also many new scenes ready to play out of the box or customize as you like.

Let's ruin everything. This month's Foundry Basic release features hundreds of new assets for assembling Ruins. Flexible, resizable, recolorable, and ready to deploy in any biome or dungeon, the new Ruins assets cover everything from ruined walls and stairs, to ruined statues and more.
We also give you some slobbering new mimics with automated spawners, and totems and effigies to achieve that perfect threatening-shiek motif.
Don't miss the new Michael Ghelfi studios ambient audios perfect for any dungeon.
Foundry Advanced tiers get a slew of new natural props in addition to some of the best maps to date, courtesy of the new 3D design team made of our most talented community map designers.
You ALSO get a new and improved landing page template. This one takes advantage of Monk's new actions to let your players interact with the landing page independently of each other!
Dungeondraft users get all of the core artwork that went into this release and the original Dungeondraft design files that everything was made in.
As usual, see this month's change log below, and view the full change log to see everything you get with the rest of the library.
“Ride now, ride now, ride! Ride for ruin, and the world’s ending!”, Théoden of Rohan
Updated walling and levels drawings on Galleon/Airship maps and prefabs
Ships have been updated to use the “Rideable” module for mounting/riding instead of MATT + Token Attacher
Ship prefabs now have an “info” active tile that gives info for the rideable module, important settings to check, and default key bindings for mounting/unmounting
Updated ship control tokens and actor sheets to prevent errant re-sizing
Removed extra perceptive walls (multiple doors on top of each other) from some maps:

This month's release opens up all kinds of opportunities for you map makers. While considering some of the subterranean scenes of BG3, like the Whispering Depths (spider lair) and the Undercity Ruins, I realized the possibility of using tiles to create interesting elevations, rocky paths, weathered stairs, and leaving the negative space around those tiles to shape gaping chasms. The results are pretty satisfying. And it turns out, it's usable above ground and below.
Foundry Basic
Our 2D release features all of these new Cave assets and an intro to upcoming Ruins assets. Check out the tutorial to see how I use various kinds of animations to bring these scenes to life. The ready-to-play maps are usable in any campaign, with plenty of variations to serve but also infinitely customizable to make your own variations. We also add in skeletons and webs just to give you more to decorate with.
Foundry Advanced
These tiers get an expansion of whole castle and dungeon pieces (like so many great towers!) that make it easier than ever to drop a castle anywhere you want. And the new 3D occlusion modes let you explore these with ease! But that's not all, our 3D design team, bolstered by our most recent contest winners feature some amazing new scenes by Violet and Sevro, and of course, Swift.
Dungeondraft
And Dungeondrafttiers get all of the elements that went into this release. Hundreds of new assets including the caves, rocks, new paths, gems, crystals, and geodes, plus skeletons, mimics, tons of new awnings, and even tents.
The “Baileywiki Maps Towns Scenes” compendium has been renamed to “Baileywiki Modular Scenes” and all scenes from the “Baileywiki Cabal Dungeon Scenes” and “Baileywiki Modular City Scenes” compendiums have been moved to it. The Cabal Dungeon and Modular City scenes compendiums have been removed from their respective modules.
The “BW Prefabs 04 - Modular Buildings” and “BW Prefabs 05 - Other Sets” actors compendiums have been combined into the new “BW Prefabs 04 - Modular Sets” compendium

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI ASSETS A - v 0.0.20 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's January 2024, and we're riding the astral plains. From bioships to Mad Max, we've got a whole new set of metallic assets to play with.
Take a look at our tutorial on the new Mass Edit Prefabs functionality to see what else you get
Foundry Basic tiers get three new dungeon themes, all based on metallic/industrial themes, new audio, new "biological" overlays, and lots of new scenes to play,
Foundry Advanced tiers get a double-header starting with Landing Pages module updates featuring the new Regional Maps assets, and also some epic new 3D tools and scenes, which now let you paint textures!
And Dungeondrafttiers get all of the elements that went into this release. Hundreds of new assets.
##1.3.24 Industrial Release Expansion, 3D Expansion
FREE AND BASIC FOUNDRY CONTENT
224 new tiles (mostly in Dungeons, but also some in Premium and Towns)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI NUTS AND BOLTS - v0.2.6 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
REMASTERED OVERLAY MACROS
Remastered and simplified most overlay macros. Instead of using multiple macros, now a single overlay will randomize across 3 filter IDs. Just keep spamming it to try it out. Some randomization values and fields were adjusted/optimized as well. You can always use TMFX Mass Edit macro to adjust the results. Recommend deleting all “Macrowheel” macros and replacing with new from the compendium.
NEW MACROS:
overlay-biological-sinew (used to make the Bioship “biological” version)
Random Maps (Landing Pages)
Random Map (Worn)
Overlay effect adding a random, blank map in the “worn” style with parchment like land features and blue water features.
MATT-Targeted version used by Random Map Configuration Tool
FREE version uses fewer variants
Random Map (Paper)
Overlay effect adding a random, blank map in the “paper” style with paper/vellum style land and water features.
MATT-Targeted version used by Random Map Configuration Tool
Vignette Add
Effect adding a vignette to a tile, setup to replace itself, preventing over-darkening.
MATT-Targeted version used by Random Map Configuration Tool
Vignette Remove
Effect to remove a vignette from a tile. Only removes the specific “bwVignette” effect, if you make a custom vignette effect with a different id, you will need to create a different removal macro.
MATT-Targeted version used by Random Map Configuration Tool
NEW COMPENDIUM!! “Baileywiki Mass Edit Prefabs”
This new compendium utilizes Mass Edit’s Prefab feature to establish a library of helpful ‘preset” configurations for tiles, sounds, lights, and more. See Youtube tutorial for the basics.
You can find this compendium in the “Utility Pieces” sub-folder of the Baileywiki Content folder in your compendiums tab.

The December 2023 Baileywiki release is out, and it's metal. The "Industrial" assets are here to make your steampunk, clockwork, and sewer fantasies all hot and steamy, literally. Also a great fit for sci-fi or dystopian storylines.
Foundry Basic tiers get 11 new scenes, dozens of new prefabs, hundreds of new tiles, and even Michael Ghelfi Studio sound loops and some new steam and machine sound FX.
Foundry Advanced tiers get new dungeon-building assets from Swift, new scenes, and lots of cool, detailed shelves full of potions and magic thingamajigs.
And Dungeondrafttiers get the raw assets that went into the Industrial release, giving you plenty of new, high-detailed assets to design and kitbash your own creations. You've got hundreds of new assets including walls, paths, and patterns!
##12.4.23 Industrial Release and 3D Large Prop Expansion

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ALL MODULES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We’ve removed the dependency for the Compendium Folders module from all modules. This was already done for most of them, but a few hadn’t been updated yet.
Note that if you’re not on DnD 5e, you’ll still need the Compendium Folders module to be able to migrate the CF backups into V11 folders, since Token Attacher’s conversion script doesn’t support v11 folders at the moment.
NEW SCENES:
‘Alchemist’s Lair’ - A small classic-style dungeon featuring an alchemy lab guarded by a barracks, with an inner chamber behind a hidden door and an even more hidden chamber behind a secret door. The map was made using the new style of prefabs so it is much easier to edit and expand, and there’s a version of the map (titled ‘Blank’) that is unfurnished with even lighting to make doing so easier..
‘Village Alchemist’ - A rural area featuring a dirt road running between a pair of buildings, the larger of which is a house that has been converted into an alchemist’s store. The original intend was for this to be a location that the party is intentionally visiting, however it also works as a simple backdrop for an encounter in a rural area.
‘Village Alchemist (Night)’ - Following on from the idea of using different lighting arrangements to change the entire mood of a piece, the night version is dimly moonlit on the exterior and brightly lit on the interiors - this can be useful for setting encounters inside the buildings, or just as a backdrop as the light bleeds through the windows.
‘Forest Ruins’ Another map in a classic style in that it features a central point of interest surrounded by uneven forested terrain. The point of interest in this case is an ancient two-storey building that has almost entirely collapsed, however a portion of the upper floor survives supported by pillars, so it could be used as a (somewhat) safe spot.
‘Forest Ruins (day)’ - Assuming the party survived the night, a daytime version may lend itself to similar uses as the night version, however with the central ruin it could also be used as a base of operations for a party.
‘Arena’ - A large square arena featuring traps and obstacles in the center, crowded seats surrounding the arena above, and several different areas underneath the stands to act as resting areas for the gladiators, or cages to hold fighting animals.
‘Sky Sanctuary’ - A stylish ‘floating islands’ type map surrounding a conspicuous tree surrounded by weaponry. This map could be used for an exotic or unusual encounter, but it could also work rather well as a 3D Landing Page, for example with the party arranged on the central tree island and then landing page elements (journals, inventories, maps etc) surrounding them.
NEW MODELS:
“Alchemist” set of 42 furniture objects, an arrangement of pieces decorated with the kinds of things you’d find in an alchemy lab - books, flasks, bottles, alchemical equipment. They are all single-tile props and so should be highly efficient and more convenient/easier to use - arranged into groups of:
’Cabinets’: 12 shelving units/cabinets of three different types individually decorated with various pieces of relevant clutter.
‘Tables’: Seven tables and two cabinets and a lectern decorated in a less organised fashion to make them look more like they are in active use - open books, quills, stacks of paper next to scales etc.
‘Shelves’ - Four wall-mounted sets of shelves likewise decorated to look more ‘in-use’ than the cabinets.
‘Clutter’: Two types of barrel and three types of pottery arranged individually and in pre-arranged collections so that they can be quickly and easily scattered around an environment.
‘Seating’ - Two benches and two chairs, one pair carved and elegant, the other rustic and blocky
PREFABS:
These prefabs are similar to last months’ in that they are infact single “solid” tiles, so they should be much more easy and snappy to use which should make mapmaking more of a creative process and less of a technical one. We’d quite like to get feedback from our patrons regarding these to get an idea of how well received they are - if it turns out we’re correct and these are much better to use then we’ll be expanding and converting prefabs into this new style. This months’ collection consists of:
‘Corridors’ - 19 Map pieces that we’re categorising as ‘corridors’, some very archetypal 2x, 3x and 5x wide corridors of varying lengths, a 2x t-junction and cross, and a set of flexible ‘junction’ pieces designed to be paired with wall pieces and door pieces to make junctions facing in any direction - or even turn junctions into rooms themselves. For example, take ‘junction-3wide-5x5’, attach a corridor to one opening, ‘junction-3wide-cap’ to two openings and ‘doorway-3wide’ to one opening to make a corridor junction with two entrances/exits.
‘Rooms’ - 8 map pieces that are categorised as ‘simple rooms’ (a simple square with one, two, three or four entrances) and larger rooms that are more complex and have 2-3 entrances. These we are likewise looking for feedback on - they are less flexible than prefabs made of smaller pieces, but the ease of use and the fact that they can be easily be used with things like projectors is a big advantage.
Calling all mapmakers! Back by popular demand, from now until December 31, Baileywiki 3D module is available to all Patreon tiers, including the $3 Channel Supporter tier! This is up to 79% off the normal price. This also includes Ripper's 3D Canvas module for free!
And what's more, you can win an entire year of premium Patreon access to BOTH Baileywiki and Ripper if you submit at least one 3D scene in the month of January.
And if that ain't 'nuf, we're scouting for a talented 3D mapper to do ongoing work with us.
Intrigued? Here's more...
DEADLINE
All submissions by Sunday, December 31st will be considered.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
Watch the video above. Subscribe to either Baileywiki or Ripper or both to get access to 3D props and materials.
Create a map (or multiple maps) in 3D Canvas, and then share it to the Community Map Browser by right clicking on the scene and selecting 'Share'. Title and describe it as you like, and use your Discord or Patreon username in the Author field.
HOW DO YOU WIN?
Both Ripper and Baileywiki will be giving out 2 annual subscriptions (each) to two individual winners. That's 4 total annual subs for those playing at home. There will likely be smaller prizes, too (to be announced)
We need to identify you to give you the prize. If you're not submitting scenes under your Discord name, please fill this out. Or just fill it out anyway! [Submission Form]
Prize #1: Best Scene. Do you think you can build the best scene in 3D? One scene will rule them all!
Prize #2: Best Body of Work. Can you crank out a bunch of good scenes? This prize goes to the most prolific of you while still maintaining quality and playability.
JUDGING CRITERIA?
Overall Creativity. Can you leverage the available assets in unique ways?
Overall Playability. Can you take advantage of three dimensions to create tactically interesting maps?
Performance. Effects and props are fun, but can you scene be played in a live game without melting GPUs?
Creative Use of Shaders and Particle FX: Can you put the power of 3DC to work with well-placed and creative effects?
Creative Use of Monk's Active Tiles: We like automation and fun. How can you use MATT to take a scene to the next level? Just to make a dependency for the scene.
Popularity: It's not a popularity contest! But it also is. What does the community think of your scenes as measured by ratings?
RULES:
You can ONLY submit scenes with Ripper or Baileywiki assets. These are optimized, licensed properly, and able to be played. We won't accept scenes with 3rd party assets for this go-around.
We will only consider submissions to the sharing platform from Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2023.
3rd Party Modules: We will accept Monk's Active Tile triggers as well as anything from Ripper's pantheon of modules. But requiring modules for your map to work may disqualify you.
INSPIRATION:
Recreate your favorite 2D scenes in 3D
Build a scene around a particular prop you find interesting.
Play with particle effects and shaders. You'll find inspiration from them!
Take advantage of 3D space, like elevation, to create interesting
It's November! And this month we are expanding our Dungeon content across all tiers starting with some breakthrough 2D design assets for Foundry Basic tiers, including statues and stone components, themed dungeon styles like Angelic, Dark/Demonic/Gothic, Ancient/Stone, and a Mesoamerican-inspired Temple theme, including flexible ready-to-play scenes, connectable room prefabs, and decor items.
Advanced Tiers gets an entire new dungeon tile/model system that includes massive 3D props that bolt together to make multi-floor 3D dungeons in seconds. The pre-made scenes from Swift and Violet are ready to go right now for your next epic boss fight, and don't miss the actual play session where we show you exactly what 3D combat looks like these days. Spoiler: it's the best VTT combat on the market.
And, of course, the Dungeondraft tiers get the assets that went into this month's release along with an expansion of the Snowy Rich Textures pack.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI CITY District 01 - v0.2.4 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI 3D - v 0.2.5 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
NEW SCENES:
‘Underdark Bridge’ - A large bridge-like structure over a seemingly bottomless chasm, with no light anywhere save for the torches on the bridge itself. Off the middle of the bridge is a separate platform which could be the scene of a powerful encounter - or a place of rest for a party traveling through, to or from the underdark.
‘Caldera Bridge’ - The large bridge structure, but above ground - and in the middle of the lava-filled caldera of a gigantic volcano. Nighttime means that there is little light coming from above, but the light from below illuminates the lower portions of the bridge brightly. This is suitable for an aerial battle, or a battle with a giant creature emerging from the lava below.
‘Caldera Bridge (Day)’ - A day version of the bridge featuring much simpler lighting and better performance, making the whole structure and the surrounding caldera visible. While the bridge is still over lava, the daytime lighting gives it a less dramatic air - this may be an interesting transitory scene to use after a climactic battle in the night version, the sun rising as the party are victorious.
‘River Bridge’ A wintry exterior map using the splatmap shader (so the terrain can be customised easily) featuring a large bridge over a steep-walled river. The bridge is double size compared to the default scale, so its 4 squares wide - big enough for a fairly large battle that is still linear in nature.
‘River Bridge (Night)’ - Another demonstration of lighting tweaks, a ready-to-use night version of the river bridge map with a full moon bright enough to cast shadows and a dark blue cast over the whole scene.
‘The Foundry’ - A classic-style dungeon map made mostly using the Dungeons & Interiors tool based on an existing adventure.
‘The Black Lake’ - An underground cavern following along a subterranean river and ending in a large lake. The lake has an underwater segment below with a large amount of vertical space, so this could be used to hold a huge waterborne creature, or a three-dimensional combat encounter underwater.
NEW MODELS:
“Elevated Dungeon” tileset, grid-snapping tileset for easy construction of dungeons, especially dungeons with elevation to them. This has been split into six groups:
’Arches and Walls’: 48 props consisting of arches, arch pieces, broken arches, walls, wall pieces, broken walls, and various structural elements.
‘Columns’ - 18 models consisting of various different sizes and shapes of column, some broken columns, and the pieces to create flying buttresses.
‘Core Pieces’ - 27 models that are various types of floor - from standard floor tiles we’ve seen before to full floor ‘blocks’ that can be snapped together to easily create large efficient filled-in areas.
‘Debris, rubble and chunks’: 7 items that are various pieces of fallen masonry, good for scattering around maps for added detail.
‘Railings and Trim’ - 39 models consisting of railings for placing along the side of floor blocks, sloped railings for placing alongside stairs, and various pieces of wall trim that will snap on to the walls in the above segments to add some extra detail to them and let them blend together.
‘Stairs and Platforms’: 22 items including several different types of stairs, and a set of pieces for making raised platforms/plinths in any map, all snapped to the grid.
PREFABS:
These prefabs are working a bit differently to previous ones - they are elements from the above tileset arranged into “rooms” but combined together into single objects, for ease of use and efficiency. These are split into five groups:
‘Corners’ - 13 Map pieces with a 90 degree turn in the ‘path’.
‘Corridors’ - 8 map pieces with a straight path through them.
‘Ends and Entrances’ - Five map pieces that are ideal for use as the entrance or exit from a map, and a piece that can be used as a general ‘dead end’.
‘Platforms’ - Three map pieces involving more open spaces for various size of encounter.
‘T-Junctions’ - Six map pieces involving a T-junction in the path, some quite simple ones and some more complex ones.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI ASSETS A - v 0.0.17 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ok crew! Taking a little inspiration from Baldur's Gate 3, the Basic Tier release includes a bunch of new assets to add "stone and wood" to any map including settlements, dungeons, caves, and wilderness. Add to this a new Feywild release. Your maps will be instantly tactical, detailed and interesting.
Foundry Advanced tiers get some flexible new 3D maps like a cemetery, a cave, and wilderness maps (using the new splat map function), that you can jump right into modifying or playing out of the box.
And finally, Dungeondraft tiers (link here) get a large expansion of stone and wood building components, more decor pieces like cages and lights, and the new Feywild Rich Textures.
Take a look at the full change log, and watch the video above to see everything!

NEW SCENES:
‘Rural Junction` and `Rural Junction (Night)’ - A 30x30 country road map centered around an intersection flanked on two sides by cliffs. Two versions of the map; one in the afternoon and one at night, and both versions are using the splatmap shader so they can be made radically different with just a quick texture switch.
‘Tower Lake’ and ‘Tower Lake (Night)’ - A 60x42 map with a lone tower built into the side of a cliff as the centerpiece. The water is a tile, and can either be moved downwards to create a dry basin at the foot of the tower, or raised up to the level of the tower to turn it into a coastal map or a tower on the edge of a very large lake. The night version has some lights on the tower itself to imply that it is occupied, and both maps are using the splatmap shader for customisability.
‘’Ambush Trail’ and ‘Ambush Trail (Night)’ - A classic map for a traveling party, a sharp bend in the road through a narrow pass fit for any sort of surprise encounter. By default there’s already a broken-down cart being used as a roadblock, however this can just be removed and replaced with other elements depending on your particular situation. This map is also using the splatmap shader, some examples for which can be found in the update video.
‘Local Cemetery’ and ‘Local Cemetery (Day)’ - A medium size (30x35) cemetery made using our cemetery tileset, the ‘default’ for this scene is at night with the VFX mist floating around the graves for extra spook factor, however there is also a daytime map with an overcast environment and light rain to give it a dreary vibe. The statue in the center is a token with a stone texture applied so it can be changed to any person, creature or object, however this can be switched out for a tile if it is only going to be used decoratively which will give you a bit more control over its appearance. This map is again using the splatmap shader for flexibility.
‘Glittering Caverns’ - A huge (80x60) map of an entire dungeon floor, consisting of natural caverns and rough-hewn areas littered with various points of interest. As it’s using a classic design style it has branching paths and offshoots off the main path, and has plenty of room for encounters in any of its areas.
NEW TOOLS:
Textures for use with the splatmap shader, they can be found in the baileywiki-3D module under textures/splatmap-textures
‘Ancient-castle-terrain’ textures: These textures are designed to match up with the ‘Ancient Castle’ tileset, and include four textures (grass, dirt, rocky ground, and stone cliff) that can be used to create a variety of terrains.
‘Graveyard-terrain’ textures: These match up with our graveyard tileset, being more stylised than the above - five textures (grass, dirt, grassy dirt, a pathway and tree roots) that would be best used to create ‘spooky’ environments, but can be mixed and matched to fit in anywhere.
It's Sept of 2023, and this release is a large one. For those Foundry Basic subscribers interested in building compelling cities and settlements, we have a new set of city backdrops as well as hundreds of new facade prefabs and reworked "smart" roofs across the entire library. You also get a new "ancient" architectural style which we'll be expanding in the future. Check out the tutorial here.
For Advanced Foundry Patreons, we have a lot of new 3D assets, but specifically castle prefabs that let you assemble your own custom castles with ease. Also some fantastic and creative new scenes from Violet that will fit with many sea-based campaigns.
And finally, Dungeondraft users get 12 new assets packs, splitting apart the old Rich Textures pack into managable, organized smaller packs, with 4 of them getting new updates including the Ancient architecture assets. You also get new barrels, crates, and sacks, which is a precursor to more clutter prefabs coming next month.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI 3D - v 0.2.3 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
NEW SCENES:
‘Hollow Fort (Night)’ - A “Small” fort (the map is 80x60) in a forested area - what once might have been an outpost of a larger kingdom or the seat of a minor local lord is now vacant, however the workmanship of the stones is such that the defensive walls still stand. This map starts illuminated, with one side of the fort turned into a small camp and the other side turned into a pen for animals.
‘Hollow Fort (Day)’ - If the party have survived the night in the ancient fort then they awaken to a golden sunrise. This map is still illuminated, however switching to lighting mode and deleting all the lights around the fort won’t cause any problems.
‘Submerged Cliff’ - An unassuming group of tropical islets hides a sudden drop in the sea floor, leading to a deep underwater ‘cliff’ area that is a haven for local wildlife - and for the sea hag that has made a cave at the base her lair.
‘Sea Hag’s Lair’ - An underwater map in a tiny cave - not much room to maneuver and full of water, any encounter in this area will be challenging. Switching the map to a ‘full of air’ variant is just a matter of disabling the fog in the scene settings.
‘Waterfall Secret’ - A waterfall diorama map with many pools and falls - and some of the pools hide entrances to underground caves, which can be viewed from the rear. This map could be used standalone, or as a transitional area - the hidden cave leading further underground, or to a secluded cove.
‘Tropical Beach’ - A very straightforward map including a large shallow beach area, the beach itself and a road along a cliffside. The party coming ashore and facing resistance, or the party traveling the road and encountering creatures from the beach would both work great..
NEW MODELS:
“Fortress Walls”: Seven wall pieces designed to be snapped together in order to create a variety of shapes for large, well-fortified strongholds..
Crenellations: Seven crenellation variants designed to be used with the fortress walls, but they’ll work with any structure as they also snap to the grid.
Structural walls: Six walls that will match the ‘thick’ walls from last month and are usable to extend buildings made with them.
Floors: A wooden floor, a version with a hole for a ladder, and some floors intended for the curved wall pieces and the circular tower pieces, as well as a half-floor ledge/balcony.
Roofs: A straight and curved wall piece, which affix on to a large stone gable.
Stairs and ladders: A larger version of the stone stairs that comes with the side trim, some wooden stairs for indoor use, and two lengths of ladder - works great with MATT to teleport tokens up or down them.
Octagonal Tower pieces: 10 pieces that can be mixed and matched to create a variety of tower types, including a large foundation made to be sunk into the ground below the bottom floor, and a spiral staircase that fits neatly within a level.
Trim: Various pieces of trim used for along the top of walls and floors, or at the corner of buildings in order to add visual interest and cover up ‘gaps’.
PREFABS:
The prefabs compendium has been reorganised - rather than organising by date, they are now organised by category and have been grouped together into matching ‘sets’. Since it is a compendium this will not affect any scenes you have already created.
Fortress Pieces - Structures: Five variants of the octagonal tower designed to mesh with the fortress wall pieces (an end piece, a corner, T-junction, X-junction and a tower mounted alongside a straight wall), and a ‘gatehouse’ building made of the ‘thick’ wall pieces to match previous months’ structures, also set up to mesh with the fortress walls.
Fortress Pieces - Walls: Five basic wall pieces (short/long, corner/t-junction, and wall w/buttress) and two feature pieces (a gate/archway and a wall with prefab stairs). All walls are 30ft tall, but are set up so that they can be sunk into the ground any distance.
City Prefabs - Street Segments: 16 different street segments designed to link up together to create simple city/town layouts - four corners, four end pieces, four t-junctions, two straight pieces a crossroad and a ‘blank’ sidewalk tile. Normally the corners etc would be collapsed into one prefab each, however since the sidewalk and road tiles have directional textures different prefabs were needed for different orientations.
City Prefabs - Wall/Ledge segments: Arrangements of the city walls with the ‘extensions’ already attached, so that they can be placed anywhere and simply moved up/down to account for rough terrain etc. Also three ‘ledge’ pieces for making raised sections within cities/towns, or for coastal frontages.
City Prefabs - Structures: To go along with the street segments, some ‘block’ prefabs consisting of several buildings have been set up that should be able to fit roughly on a blank sidewalk tile in between two roads - or of course used as the ‘edge’ of a city where the back side doesn’t matter. Also included is the prefab of the stable and of the building with an interior/building with a tavern interior that were previously difficult to find.
August has arrived, and we're leaning into the heat. Foundry Basic tiers get a huge expansion of desert settlements, which features a new system of backdrops that I think you're going to love. It makes urban/city creation a breeze. It includes hundreds of new buildings, new rooms, new decor, and even dozens of remastered buildings so you can use the rest of the BW library in your settlements. Also new wagons, since it's the most searched asset!
Advanced tiers get a whole set of realistic, modular castle pieces and a ready-made scene that puts lesser castles to shame. Also new props and new adventure scenes from Violet. One of the 3D maps, the ancient theater, is a featured map directly from the latest Pathfinder adventure. Subscribers get it, but anyone can pick it up for free by downloading the free Baileywiki module in the Foundry directory. Follow the link to see it in action along with an interview with PF2e system developer, Tmun!
And Dungeondraft subscribers get another large expansion of terrain assets, desert settlement walls, paths, and patterns, as well as the original Dungeondraft file that shows you how I used all this stuff, or to let you make your own changes. Oh, and you get the new modular wagon assets, too!
NEW SCENES:
‘Ancient Theatre (Night)’ - Large amphitheatre-style map comprised of two main areas - the wide open seating out front, and the several rooms of the theatre building proper at the back.
‘Ancient Theatre (Day)’ - Adjusted atmospheric settings and lighting to create a daytime version - compare the ‘Environment’ and ‘Lighting’ section of the scene settings between this and the previous map.
‘Ancient Gatehouse (Night)’ - Showcase of new ‘Ancient Castle’ tileset, an old ruined fortification comprised of two towers connected by a bridge, with an implied objective of either getting through the gate, stopping someone from getting through the gate, or simply infiltrating the ruin itself.
‘Ancient Gatehouse (Day)’ - For demonstration purposes or just for a variant map, again check the scene settings - the brighter lighting makes the map easier to inspect to get ideas for your own map.
‘Mountain Cavern 01’ - Intricately detailed dungeoneering map comprised of an ascent up a mountain surface to a fortified door flanked by arrow slits/guard posts, with a chasm crossing to the south and secret passages to the north in order to get further into the dungeon.
‘Mountain Cavern 02’ - The second half of the above map, this map is mostly comprised of a large natural cave with passages to the south, and two approaches to the final room which contains a trapped vault and the descent below.
NEW MODELS:
“Crafting Stations”: Four single-tile stations intended to be used to signify workplaces or workshops - a tailor/leatherworker, blacksmith, woodworker and alchemist.
Drapes: Three decorative drape objects - base size is very large, but can be scaled down to fit into any scene.
Curtains: Two theatre-style curtains, one closed and one open
Scaffolding: A wooden scaffolding frame for general use.
Trees: Three ash trees of varying sizes/ages, textured to fit in well with the ‘ancient castle’ map piece set.
Bushes: Eight bushes - two large, four medium size and two very small.
Grass: 13 grass meshes of various sizes for distributing around the map.
Ivy: Eight different prefab pieces of ivy for placing on walls.
MAP PIECES
Thin wall pieces: Five ‘plain’ wall pieces and 17 pieces of broken wall (horizontally and vertically broken down)
Wall trim: Three ‘corner’ pieces intended to be used at the intersection of two thin walls in order to make the connection seamless.
Thick wall pieces: Three ‘plain’ wall pieces and nine broken pieces (horizontally and vertically, and very short broken wall pieces)
Ballustrades: Six ballustrade/’stone fence’ pieces for creating balconies/walkways/etc, and two posts for placing between them.
Archways/Doorways: Seven archway/doorway pieces in thin walls, and a grating/portcullis to slot into them.
Bridges: Two 4x2 bridges with variant supports, for being constructed standalone or with other walls beneath.
Windows: Three window pieces, a wide and narrow thin wall variant, and a thick wall variant.
Stairs: Two tileable stair props (three tiles long and one tile long), and a row of bricks for bordering them.
Floors: Three ‘plain’ floor pieces, four broken floor pieces and then two floor ‘chunks’ that can be used to make arbitrarily shaped broken floors/ceilings.
Ledge trims: Three trims intended to be placed along the sides of floor pieces that are ‘exposed’ to create ledges.
Pillars/Supports: Six pillars - columns of bricks, cylindrical pillars and buttresses - as well as narrow ‘support’ pillars intended to be placed in the corner of rooms for decoration.
Amphitheatre seating: Very large single-piece amphitheatre seating, can be used to create an actual theatre, or copied and rotated for an arena etc.
NOTE: This will be the last month that all Rich Textures are bundled in one pack. Starting in Sept 2023, these assets will be split out across multiple packs for the sake of organization. This means any maps you make with this pack will break if you lose this pack.
July is here and we've got a basket of new things to play with. Foundry Basic tiers get an expansion of new scenes, laboratories, new overlay effects, new prefabs, and new audio. Advanced tiers get some of our best props yet with the cemetery expansion complete with ready-to-play scenes. And Dungeondraft subscribers get another large expansion of terrain assets, paths, interior textures, and all the new laboratory assets.
****WARNING!!**** IF YOU ARE ON V11 AND A SYSTEM OTHER THAN DnD5e: You will not be able to access the prefab compendiums of the Baileywiki Modules until either Foundry oR Token Attacher issues a patch. We do not recommend non-5e users update to Foundry v11 until then. We will update you when it's safe to update.
NEW SCENES:
‘Graveyard Hill’ - Atmospheric cemetery battle-map making use of new props and the new 3D Canvas VFX
‘Graveyard Hill (Day)’ - Demonstration on the use of lighting and how it affects your maps, but also useful for visits to the graveyard during the day for information gathering etc
‘Necromantic Temple’ - Large tiered structure with a large flat area at the top using new props, perfect for boss battles or great rituals.
‘Necromantic Temple (Day)’ - Lighting demonstration, also makes the scene more flexible by allowing for encounters that aren’t necessarily necromantic in nature.
‘Boreal Lake Valley’ - Very large map with a large frozen lake, buried structure, and giant statue head with a mouth that’d be perfect to use as a cave entrance or as the lair for some sort of great beast.
‘Boreal Crevasse’ - A treacherous pass along an icy crevasse, with rushing water down below and accessible ledges above from which someone can get a tactical advantage on travelers.
‘Ice Serpent Cliffs’ - Very large cliff map with a flat area in the middle, and huge ‘ice serpents’ snaking around the map that are large enough to climb or even to have battles on top of.
‘The Frozen Serpents’ - Underground/cave map featuring a pair of sea serpents that have been frozen solid/frozen in place, surrounded by swirling energy.
NEW MODELS:
MAUSOLEUMS: Six mausoleum structures of varying sizes and styles, the largest of which can also be used as a stand-in for a small chapel.
SARCOPHAGI: Six ornate stone sarcophagi, two of which are cracked/open
GRAVES: 20+ Graves of various sizes and styles; wooden temporary markers, classic stone gravestones with alternate versions, and larger ‘cenotaph’ type stones that can either be used as gravestones or simply as decorative objects.
MISC: Two stone “Plant pot” objects with gnarled plants in them, and a ring of stone intended to be used surrounding a pillar, tree, or any other semi-important item.
ROCKS: 8 rocks of various shapes in increasing sizes - for best results keep the rocks roughly proportional to each other size-wise, so that the texture resolution (texel density) remains consistent.
FOLIAGE: Several ‘bushes’, some mushrooms and vines, and some broken stumps. The bushes are quite low and thick, so suggested use is as an underbrush in between trees.
TREES: 20+ trees, most of which are of a ‘spooky’ gnarled style, some of which have alternative versions with leaves. Also includes some evergreen type trees and some with thicker leaf coverage.
MAP PIECES
RETAINING WALLS: The “Retaining” walls are intended to be used to create terraced areas with lower terrain/ground on one side and higher terrain/ground on the other - can also just be used as very thick walls. Includes some stairs that match them size-wise
OTHER WALLS: Various different styles of wall both with and without fences, mostly intended to be used along with the matching ‘pillar’ objects to create seamless walls.
BROKEN WALLS: Crumbling walls in various states of disrepair, intended to be used sparsely along a line to imply a fading ancient structure.
‘3D Arena (Large/Small)’ - A pair of maps, traditional combat arenas complete with MATT-enabled trapdoors for spawning monsters automatically.
‘Tree Inn’ - Multi-floor building containing a guildhall, tavern and inn, large and diverse enough to have several uses and/or be used several times.
‘Desert Dunes’ - A daytime desert map with a sandstorm, with a campsite featuring in the center along with some prior occupants.
NEW MODELS:
MARKET STALLS: Three stationary market stalls designed to be easily swappable with the more comprehensive clutter this month, two 'larger' and one 'small', with four collections of clutter that just snaps straight on - A grocer, newsagent, butcher, and a simpler grocer. In additiona a small market cart, along with a matching set of clutter of a herbalist/grocer/alchemist.
MARKET DECOR: Two crate rack variants, along with two matching clutters that should fit with either one - a bakers' rack and a grocers' rack. In addition, two drying racks - one for meat and one for fish - a free-standing signboard and a city mailbox.
STRUCTURES: Four "Backdrop" buildings with no interiors, super lightweight and designed to be spammable, with slightly different front/back/sides so they can be rotated and appear like even more buildings. Also one L-shaped building with an interior split into interior/exterior/upper parts designed to be used with levels. This building is accompanied by some exterior decor (greenery to go on the side of the building), an interior furniture set combined into a single tile, and an exterior seating area that can be used independently.
You'll never need another tower or terrain ever again. Introducing the Wizard's Tower and Unlimited Terrain. Check out the tutorial for a deep-dive, but this new set of assets will give you instant battlemaps, or starter maps for any campaign. But there's more to see, so here's a summary:
Foundry Basic Tiers
The "2D Tier" starts with a complete set for building an endless Wizard's Tower. This set works seamlessly with my other sets, so you can literally mix and max your way to a hundred stories if you want. This includes 13 ready-to-play scenes, with new prefab furnishings for designing rooms faster, a modular library, new portals and monoliths, magic circles, and lots of new magical objects and contraptions.
Also this month, I unveil the new Unlimited Terrains system which leverages the new overlay TMFX filter I showed you last month. Just keep clicking the new randomization macros and never see the same map twice.
We also have new forest ambient loops from Michael Ghelfi to make those new terrains come alive, but check out Michael's larger body of work here.
Important:
You'll want to update TokenMagic FX and also Mass Edit modules to take full advantage of this new system
Note that Zephyr has been hard at work remastering and bringing older content up-to-date with technology changes, so update all of your modules, and many prefabs and scenes have been remastered.
Foundry Advanced Tiers
Foundry Advanced subscribers are getting new urban-themed props, prefabs, and scenes, as well as new cave scenes, sewers, and castle wall scenes. All leveraging thew new capabilities of 3D Canvas, including the new room drawing features.
Dungeondraft Tiers
And for Dungeondraft tiers, all of these new wizardy VTT assets are available to you to bring into your design workflows.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI LANDING PAGES - v 0.1.4 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hey Patrons, if you're thinking about entering the Landing Page contest, you still have a couple of weeks. And now you have a brand, beautiful new loop track from Michael Ghelfi that's more sci-fi themed. It's attached to this post!
Every game needs a landing page. A world-class landing page sets the tone and gets your players excited to drop into your world. They also organize players’ information and give them something to navigate between games.
We’ve seen a lot of innovation in this space over the last few months and we would love to see you show it off! To that end, we’re holding a contest for the Best Landing Page.
What Can I Win?
We’ll be giving out two awards for the best Landing Page, first place will get an annual Foundry Advanced Tier subscription (~$168 value), and second place will get a 6 month Foundry Advanced Tier subscription (~$84 value)!
How Do I Enter?
Submit a landing page template to the Baileywiki Community Map Browser. Your landing page can use any modules, including but not limited to Monk’s Active Tile Triggers, Tagger, Tile Scroll, and the Baileywiki Landing Pages elements. Include a screenshot or gif of your completed Landing Page, and, also include a video or a Youtube link to your completed landing page. Make sure you describe which modules you're using in the description, and try to keep it to a minimum.
Why a Video?
We want the full experience. Audio, effects, scrolling backgrounds, transitions. Whatever you want to show off. If you’re not familiar with recording your screen or setting up a YouTube video, reach out to us on discord, we’d be happy to help give you some direction! OBS is a great free screen-recording option.
When Is the Deadline?
Anything posted by May 15th, 2023 is eligible.
How Do I Get Landing Page Assets to Get Started?
As a part of this, the Baileywiki Landing Pages module will be available to all Patrons ($3 Channel Supporter tier and above) for the duration of the contest! This module is normally part of our Advanced Foundry tiers only.
Also with this contest, you’ll get a couple free Michael Ghelfi Studios looped music tracks specially made for landing pages to really help set that mood.
Submission Requirements
Must be submitted via the Community Map Browser with (at least) the following tags:MATT Landing Page Template LP Contest April 23
Include YouTube link in description, or we’ll generate a YT link for you based on any video you send us.

The new month is here, and we've got radically new assets for you to play with. This month we're going tribal with a new set of orcish-themed assets and scenes. Here's a quick run-down of everything:
Foundry Basic Tiers
We kick things off with dozens of new colorable tent tiles and prefabs, a defensive wall system that interlocks together, and lots of new standalone orcish/tribal decor, furniture, lighting, and plot hooks, most of which is prefabbed, interactive, and colorable.
We also announce new tileable terrain tiles which leverage the new TMFX Overlay Sprite introduced last month to let us generate unlimited, on-the-fly terrains. You'll be seeing some fascinating new macros and tutorials coming later this month to really "power build" scenes in Foundry.
Also this month you get the colorable bushes to go with the trees from last month.
Finally, 11 new pre-made scenes, including 2 new "orc" ambient loops from Michael Ghelfi to finish your scenes. I hope you investigate more of their great work here. And, Ghelfi subscribers, check out this post for lots of orcish SFX and ambients to make your scenes pop.
And you'll want to get or update the free Mass Edit module from the Foundry module directory.
Foundry Advanced Tiers
For Foundry Advanced tiers, we continue to expand the props and assets you have access to. This month focuses on props for wilderness and alsolighting with a particular focus on prefabs like ready-made Dungeon hallways and rooms. And now that lights work properly with 3D and Token Attacher, you can quickly drag in working lights!
You also have all new ready-to-play scenes, including some phenomenal scenes from new artist, Violet.
Dungeondraft Tiers
And for Dungeondraft tiers, we've added all of the new orcish assets, which includes colorable versions of bones, leathers, paths, walls, and other pieces that made this month's release possible.

NEW MODELS:
Rocks - 15 stones/boulders/rocks of varying sizes and shapes
Trees - Four deciduous trees along with matching stumps, three evergreen/conical trees with varying degrees of sparseness, all somewhat stylised (tint them grey to mute the colours slightly and make them fit in better with less stylised scenes)
Foliage - Five large leafy plants; currently green, may be converted back to greyscale later depending on how much people like the colour swap shader for colouring them.
Misc. structures - Three fence pieces, a small watchtower and the broken/destroyed version of said watchtower
Rugs - Three more rugs for use in adding flavour to interior scenes, a large square, large circle and a pelt rug
Lights - Fourteen new light-based objects; two braziers, two torch poles, six lanterns and four lantern posts - the lanterns and lantern posts are split into ‘lit’ and ‘unlit’ versions, ‘lit’ versions are self-illuminated and should look great in dark/dim scenes when paired with an actual light.
NEW SCENES:
‘Derelict Sanctuary’ - Derelict/abandoned/slowly collapsing structure with surrounding grassy terrain and stairs down to the lower floors - unfurnished version also included
‘Sanctuary Basement’ - A compact mini-dungeon decorated to be a hideout/resting area for the true occupants of the apparently-abandoned sanctuary above - also including an unfurnished version for creating your own concepts
‘Sanctuary Crypts’ - cramped/claustrophobic crypts with narrow corridors leading into larger rooms, decorated to be a necromancer/cult hideout - also unfurnished version for putting your own spin on it.
‘City Bridge’ A narrow, dark passageway between tall buildings, including MATT-enabled lights for a rooftop ambush - a daytime version is also included for broad daylight street fights
‘Lava Bridges’ - An ancient structure collapsing into the lava, raising and lowering bridges are functional using nearby levers thanks to MATT, treacherous and fiery environment
‘Dragon Cave’ - An underground map made by pairing a terrain piece with another upside-down terrain piece above, scattered with pink crystals shedding a dim light on the scene
‘Mystery Forest’ - An idyllic grove occupied by a petrified troll and scattered with some ancient stone remnants, easily usable for a wide variety of scenes.
NEW MAP PIECES
Prefab corridors: several lengths and junctions that can be dropped into a scene with token attacher then moved and rotated around to quickly construct dungeon passageways
Prefab rooms: Several sizes, snap to the grid and can be used with the corridors in order to very rapidly construct dungeons
Prefab lights: Great time-saving arrangements; light objects (lanterns, torches etc) paired with special fire effect lights where relevant and normal light-shedding lights that can be just dropped anywhere in a scene without having to fiddle with the lighting layer.

We're inventing brand new tech for you this month with the new tile overlay effects, and that's on top of the promised expansion of the terrain tiles introduced last month.
Foundry Basic Tiers
That's right, you now have new capabilities to modify tiles (and other entities) with a new Token Magic FX filter utilizing sprites (watch the tutorial), which I personally helped design. I've made dozens of new overlays for you to leverage including cold overlays (frost, ice, snow), biological, nature, grunge, and more.
Use these overlays in conjunction with the huge expansion of terrain tiles (over a hundred) to make icy maps, overgrown, spider-infested, and so much more. You now get terrains like hills, craters, rivers, ponds, and even waterfalls.
And you also get a new set of colorable trees, that leverage all the new tech.
Finally, 10 new pre-made scenes, including 2 new music loops and 2 new ambient loops from Michael Ghelfi to finish your scenes. I hope you investigate more of their great work here.
And finally, new artwork in the Towns module that reflect a lot of the new content.
And you'll want to get or update the free Mass Edit module from the Foundry module directory.
Foundry Advanced Tiers
For Foundry Advanced tiers, we continue to expand the props and assets you have access to. This month focuses on props for decorating interiors, as well as some pre-assembled building prefabs and scenes to speed up your design efforts.
And in these release you also get pictures and picture frames where you can insert your own custom artwork! Yes, put Strahd's mug on the wall, or make a whole gallery.
Dungeondraft Tiers
And for Dungeondraft tiers, we've introduced more colorable nature items, continuing from the rocks and boulders from last month, but now include trees, tree components, and bushes. Also new paths and kitbash components.

FIXES
BREAKING: Fixed mis-named modular axes and axe handles.
We're going under the mountain this month to live amongst the dwarves. Massive stone halls and stone bridges spanning bottomless pits and raging volcanic infernos. This release also features a huge set of new AI-generated tiles that fit together to make highly textured and realistic terrains. We also introduce a new module, Elevated Vision by Caewok, to make these terrain scenes highly functional "levels-enabled" scenes.
The 3D contest is still live for another 2 weeks. This also means every single tier gets extended access to the 3D Module for February, even the $3 Channel Support tiers! It's all about showing off Ripper's new 3D scene sharing platform.
Foundry Basic Tiers
We're exploring dwarvish architecture by expanding on the popular Castle and Elvish systems. You also get Tile Sets that let you bring some dwarvish influence to existing building assets. You also get a massive new set of AI-generated rocky terrains and chasms, all colorable and flexible for building sprawling caves, treacherous mountains, and bottomless pits. 12 new pre-made scenes, ready for you to play or customize, and 4 new beautifully fitting Michael Ghelfi loops to set the mood for your new dwarvish scenes. I hope you investigate more of their great work here.
Also enjoy all of the Dungeondraft assets from this month deployed as tiles for Foundry. These include a whole set of natural boulders and rocks, colorable and modular, for dropping into any scene.
And finally, new artwork in the District 05 Affluent module (which is where most of the new content can be found) for hand-outs.
Foundry Advanced Tiers
For Foundry Advanced tiers, we’re continuing our expansion of the 3D tile system and props in the wilderness with plenty of new camping props, vehicles, and more. Also get some new premade scenes from Swift, new scenes from Baileywiki and Zephyr, and even 3D interactive landing pages to give your players something jaw-dropping to keep coming back to.
Dungeondraft Tiers
And for Dungeondraft tiers, we've introduced colorable and modular boulders and new stone paths in the Assets A pack, and new marketplace stalls and wagons in the Kitbash pack.
Added 3 new versions of the “Mansion” scene using Multiface tiles instead of MATT (easier to use)

UPDATE JAN 15: Hey contest participants, with already some great entries, Ripper and I are adding more prizes to the pot. We're now including a few 2-month subscriptions, and Ripper is also giving away 20 free copies of 3D Canvas.
To give you a little inspiration, I just released this Design-with-Me video showing you how to make a 3D Lake House scene from scratch! https://youtu.be/2h-0K38soks
Calling all mapmakers! To support Ripper's new 3D map sharing features, for the month of January only, Baileywiki 3D module is available to all Patreon tiers, including the $3 Channel Supporter tier! This is up to 79% off the normal price. This also includes Ripper's 3D Canvas module, as usual.
And what's more, you can win an entire year of premium Patreon access to BOTH Baileywiki and Ripper if you submit at least one 3D scene in the month of January.
Intrigued? Here's more...
DEADLINE
All submissions by Friday, February 10th will be considered.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
Watch the video above.
Subscribe to either Baileywiki or Ripper or both to get access to 3D props and materials.
Upload one or more scenes to the new 3D Map Sharing feature of 3D Canvas.
HOW DO YOU WIN?
Both Ripper and Baileywiki will be giving out 2 annual subscriptions (each) to two individual winners. That's 4 total annual subs for those playing at home.
We need to identify you to give you the prize. If you're not submitting scenes under your Discord name, please fill this out. Or just fill it out anyway! [Submission Form]
Prize #1: Best Scene. Do you think you can build the best scene in 3D? One scene will rule them all!
Prize #2: Best Body of Work. Can you crank out a bunch of good scenes? This prize goes to the most prolific of you while still maintaining quality and playability.
JUDGING CRITERIA?
Overall Creativity. Can you leverage the available assets in unique ways?
Overall Playability. Can you take advantage of three dimensions to create tactically interesting maps?
Performance. Effects and props are fun, but can you scene be played in a live game without melting GPUs?
Creative Use of Shaders and Particle FX: Can you put the power of 3DC to work with well-placed and creative effects?
Creative Use of Monk's Active Tiles: We like automation and fun. How can you use MATT to take a scene to the next level? Just to make a dependency for the scene.
Popularity: It's not a popularity contest! But it also is. What does the community think of your scenes as measured by ratings?
RULES:
You can ONLY submit scenes with Ripper or Baileywiki assets. These are optimized, licensed properly, and able to be played. We won't accept scenes with 3rd party assets for this go-around.
We will only consider submissions to the sharing platform from Jan 1 to Feb 10, 2023.
3rd Party Modules: We will accept Monk's Active Tile triggers as well as anything from Ripper's pantheon of modules. But requiring modules for your map to work may disqualify you.
INSPIRATION:
Recreate your favorite 2D scenes in 3D
Build a scene around a particular prop you find interesting.
Play with particle effects and shaders. You'll find inspiration from them!
Take advantage of 3D space, like elevation, to create interesting
Happy New Year! And with it, we're explore new species! Check out everything that's available now...
3D Contest
Before we talk about the new assets, there is a contest going on for January! This also means every single tier gets access to the 3D Module for the month of January only, even the $3 Channel Support tiers! It's all about showing off Ripper's new 3D scene sharing platform.

And along with new props, you also get a fully-furnished tavern! PS, Did you know Ripper's now has painted mini's in his 3D token compendium module?!

And for Dungeondraft tiers, we've introduced a lot of new shapes and magic circles for dressing up your kitbashed scenes, and so many paths! Runic and script paths for adding a little culture to your storytelling. And this release features a couple new ambients from Ghelfi Audio! I recommend you support their great work here.
Check out the Tile Scroll tutorial here, covering the ins-and-outs of the Endless Road series of scrollable battlemaps.
Basic Foundry tiers get an entirely new city district set, built for the wealthy, including an expansion of decor tiles and 2D terrain overlays.
Advanced Foundry tiers get new 3D caves and an expansion of 3D dungeons, but that's not all. We're also unveiling a big expansion of dynamic, customizable landing pages, with plenty of new assets to quickly create a story-specific place for your players to start in your world.
And all Dungeondraft tiers get a big expansion of kitbashing and kitbashed assets.
EASIER INSTALLATION: We are piloting the Foundry Patreon integration for at least the next month. This means no more manual installation URLs! Just look up "Baileywiki" in the Foundry directory and installation everything EXCEPT for the free module. You don't need that.
Link your Patreon account at the bottom of the page if you haven't already.
Verify Baileywiki shows up under https://foundryvtt.com/me/subscriptions. If Baileywiki does not appear as expected under your "Subscribed Content" page of your user profile, you may need to Refresh your Patreon link.
FORGE USERS: We are attempting to maintain the Towns and Premium modules on the Forge since they do not count against your quota. We are working through that now, so you may need to wait another day to update.
*** SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT #2 ***
FOUNDRY V9 AND V10 SUPPORT: This will be the last month that we support v9 content. All new scenes and prefabs will be built in a v10 world, so they won't be backward compatible. But we are also still seeing everything that v10 breaks, so report any bugs or malfeasance on our Discord.
PATREON TIERS HAVE CHANGED
It's time to pick your new tier if you haven't already. Spline and Grid and Brick and Mortar tiers will not get benefits until they update!
HOW TO INSTALL?
Install directly from within Foundry's module directory. Just search 'baileywiki' to find everything!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BAILEYWIKI LANDING PAGES - v 0.0.2 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here's a sneaky private playlist of all the teasers we've been working on this last month. All of this drops on Monday!
It includes...
Foundry Basic:
Affluent Neighborhood! Snub the lowly with lots of new scenes and prefabs that work well with other releases.
2D Terrain Expansion. These work so well that we released more.
Tile Expansion (based on the Dungeondraft expansion below). We can now give you assets to dress your scenes with more interesting assets. Enjoy.
Foundry Advanced:
Caves and dungeons! Yuus! New scenes and new props all around.
Huge optimization. We took 1,000 mesh models down to 1 mesh. You can now invite your potatoes to play.
Landing Pages. Instantly changeable landing pages with tons of artwork and themes to support virtually any campaign.
Dungeondraft:
Lots of new kitbash-friendly assets, including weapons and blades! But also more interesting tables, chairs, desks, and other components you need to quickly dress rooms. We are updating two asset packs with this release, so you'll have plenty to play with.
Dozens of new prefabs dropping into the private discord channel
I wanted to deploy a day earlier, but as some of you know, my father passed this last month and this weekend is his service. So if I'm realistic, Monday is a better day. I appreciate all your condolences. Really. He was the best dad ever, and I consider myself lucky.
CHANGING TIERS REMINDER
This is also a reminder for those who haven't moved to a new tier, you won't get benefits for October until you choose a new tier. See our FAQ here, and please ping me on Discord if you have any issues. We have been able to work out 100% of problems that way so far.
V10 UPDATE
This release should all work with v10, including a whole compendium set just for v10 compatibility. Next month we will be supporting ONLY Foundry v10, so get updating asap!
NEW PREMIUM INSTALL SUPPORT
We are piloting the new Foundry Patreon integration. If it works like we hope, this means NO MORE MANUALLY INSTALLING BAILEYWIKI LINKS! You'll get instructions on what to do, but it should be dead-simple. Anything less is a problem, so let us know how you get along.
Hi legacy Patreon member. If you're seeing this, this is just a friendly reminder that the new month is coming, and you will need to move into a new Patreon tier anytime in October in order to get October benefits. Or feel free to change now, and you'll get the new release content as soon as it lands on or around October 2nd.
As a refresher, here's a link to the new tier descriptions, and feel free to ping me or Zephyr on discord with specific questions or help.
